Welcome to our secluded mountain chalet and cabin situated on a bench above the Columbia River. We offer a bed and breakfast experience unique in the area. Your hosts have roots in both Canada and the USA. Our love for the wilderness took us from raising three children at a remote cabin in the Yukon to backpacking more than 1000 miles of trails in the Cascade Mountains. Since settling here in the spring of 2003, we have shared the all-season magnificent scenery of this Canadian Rockies location with many guests from all over the world.

Enjoy the view of God’s awesome creation; to the north the Rocky Mountains fill the cathedral windows of the Great Room; to the south the outer ranges of the Purcell’s provide a farther view.
Cross country ski or hike from our Mountain Chalet or Hideaway Cabin on groomed trails on the B&B property and nearby. Make us your headquarters for winter fun at KHMR and other ski resorts in the National Parks and in the region. |

Farview Bed & Breakfast offers you a choice of breakfast, help with planning your activities and free pickup from Golden if you need transportation. Our two main rooms in the mountain chalet have adjoining sitting rooms with futons or hide-a-beds which can accommodate additional members of your party. The one-bedroom cabin is self-contained making it amenable for longer stays. Watch the weather with your in-house meteorologist. We hope you will stay with us! |
